Alfred Hindui Rasheed has a bachelor’s degree in education from Njala University, Sierra Leone. He has acquired over 10 years of teaching experience and at least 8 years’ experience in managing data collection activities, both as field supervisor and field managers, in Sierra Leone. Alfred’s excellent coordination and communication skills as well as ability to build strong relationships with local stakeholders have been instrumental in our successful field operations in Sierra Leone. He has proven to be an effective leader who is able to motivate and inspire others. Alfred is proficient in the use of ODK collect, SurveyCTO, Kobocollect, Surveybe , Survey Solutions, Tangerine and Pendragon for data collections. He is fluent in English, Krio and Mende (major local languages spoken in Sierra Leone). He currently serves as Survey Field Manager for R-DATS Sierra Leone.
