Oladayo is the Managing Consultant at R-DATS. He has over 12 years of experience managing research and (impact) evaluation projects in health, education, agriculture, COVID-19 response, child and social protection programmes in both development and humanitarian sectors with funding from reputable donors such as FCDO, USAID, UNICEF, UNWomen, Qatar Foundation, BMGF, EAC, WHO and World Bank. His areas of expertise include quantitative and qualitative research, survey design and management (including phone survey –RDD), impact evaluation designs and analysis (including use of instrumental variables, difference-in-differences, propensity score matching, regression discontinuity analysis, power calculation and analysis), project and stakeholder management and measurement and evaluability of SDG indicators, data protection regulations, among others. He has successfully managed over 20 research projects mainly in Nigeria but also in some countries in West and East African regions.
Over the years, Oladayo has used innovative approaches to support research and evaluation designs for result-based planning, implementation, and reporting as required by clients, donors and Principal Investigators (PIs). Along with a Bachelor’s degree in Demography and Social Statistics in Nigeria and a Master’s degree in Demography and Population Studies in Netherlands, he has acquired additional trainings in MEAL in emergencies, result-based management (RBM) and impact evaluation of population, health and nutrition programmes, and managing successful impact evaluation surveys (MSIES) organized by World Bank. He is proficient in the use of STATA, R, SPSS, CSPro, ODK/Survey CTO, KoboCollect, Tableau, EPI-Info/Epi Data Entry, Google Sheet, MS tools (Access, OneDrive, and advanced Excel including pivot tables), and UNESCO Institute of Statistic’s Stat_Educ software.
